As of 2024 KS Contracting LLC is going on year its 3rd year of being a successful contracting business. Our company is built around two friends who have been union carpenters for 9 years each, finding it was time to walk away from the union and invest in our own interests.  Being union trained, we were taught to do things the right way the first time while doing it in a safe and efficient manner.  Both named Mike, Mike Killian and Mike Setzenfand will do their absolute best to tackle your project hoping to bring your dreams and visions to reality. We have proven to provide nothing but the best taking no shortcuts when it comes to your project.
